Ursa's Advisors


Cait Zona

Cait is a second year graduate student studying Social Work and Education and serves as the Graduate Fellow for Ursa's Nite Life. She enjoys running, Chipotle, and hanging out with friends in St. Louis!

Cait is ecstatic to be apart of the Ursa's team! She loves the community, the collaboration, and the creativity. Her favorite part is seeing so many students come together in one space and having a great time! 



Kayla Kromer

Kayla works closely with Student Leadership Initiatives within the Office of Residential Life which includes Ursa’s Nightlife, NSA, Luminescence, and CS40.  When she isn’t working with student leaders, Kayla loves working out, trying new restaurants, and watching reality television.  Her favorite restaurant in St. Louis is The Vine on South Grand! 

She thinks Ursa’s is wonderful because it provides students with a safe and free Friday night plans on a regular basis.

Tyler Priest

Tyler serves as the Coordinator for Residential Leadership within the Office of Residential Life. He advises URSA’s nightlife, Northside Association, The Luminescence Chapter of NRHH, and the Congress of the South 40, along with his three Student Leadership Gradate Fellows. In his free time, Tyler enjoys reading biographies, jogging, and baking sweet things. 

Tyler is excited to work with URSAs because of the positive and safe environment and community it creates for the students of the South 40


Brandon Burger

Brandon is a junior majoring in Microbiology and Spanish. He thinks that penguins are by far the coolest animal ever and wishes that he could have one.

He loves Ursa's because Ursa's creates a space where people can come together and have a fun time on the weekend!


Programming Managers


Caroline Foshee

Caroline is a first-year student from Louisville, Kentucky and is potentially majoring in economics and anthropology. She loves French bulldogs, spin classes, and traveling. 

She loves being a part of Ursa’s because she gets to work with wonderful people to plan super creative events.


Emily Bernstein

Emily is a sophomore studying Psychology and Economics. She is from Los Angeles, California, and in her free time she enjoys singing, petting very small dogs, and treating herself to an excessive amount of chai lattes. 

She loves Ursa’s because it is a great place to take a break from our hectic lives and de-stress with creative events and good friends. 


Noa Steiner

Noa is a sophomore in the Olin Business School potentially majoring in Marketing and Economics and Strategy.  She has experience programming for CS40 events such as LK Milk and Cookies and WUstock. Outside of Ursa’s, she is also a Washington University Student Associate (WUSA).

She looks forward to continue bringing WashU students together through fun, interactive events using the Ursa’s platform.

Eugenia Yoh

Eugenia Yoh is currently a sophomore in Sam Fox pursuing a major in communication design with a focus in illustration. She hopes to one day design children's products or illustrate children's books.

Bread Lee

Bread is a sophomore from Texas studying Communication Design and Writing. In their free time they love eating, crafting, and hanging out with friends.

And they love doing all of those in Ursa's!


Whitney Thomas

Whitney is a sophomore from Birmingham, Alabama double majoring in psychology and marketing. In her free time she enjoys  journaling on her youtube channel Whitney's Pink Cloud's, hanging out with her friends, and drinking chai tea! :) 

Whitney loves Ursa's because it is a great way to bring WashU Students together in super creative and fun ways!


Sylvia Yu

Sylvia is a junior majoring in English literature and minoring in design. Besides the arts, she's an enthusiast for fashion, cute stationery, and impromptu runs to Jeni’s. You're likely to find her asleep on the second floor of Olin, if not the dried fruit section of Trader Joe's.
